The Teme Valley Brewery |
|
|
The Teme Valley Brewery is a small craft brewer producing cask and bottle-conditioned beers. We began brewing in 1997 for the Talbot, a hotel in Knightwick, Worcestershire, England. The brewery has expanded several times and now supplies beer across central England.
We only use maris otter malt and Worcestershire hops in our beers. The Clift family who own the brewery and hotel were hop growers from the late 19th century until 2000. The brewery's beers feature famous traditional English hop varieties such as Fuggle and Golding as well as more modern varieties like Challenger, Northdown and First Gold.
All our bottled beers can be described as British bitters but present a diverse range of colour and flavour.
Because of our small size (approximately 800 hectolitres per year) we have joined forces with three other brewers to make our beers available for export (see www.hopshirebrewers.co.uk). |
