THIS 3.7% ABV
All the easy drinking virtues of a light ale with a vivid hop aroma. Challenger and Fuggle hops with a hint of chocolate malt make a memorable session beer. Available year round. Also available bottle conditioned.
THAT 4.1% ABV
A chestnut coloured best bitter with a robust malt flavour balanced by powerful hops. We use crystal malt, roasted barley and Challenger and Fuggle hops. One for real ale connoisseurs. Available all year round. Also available bottle conditioned.
T'OTHER 3.5% ABV
A pale beer brewed using only Mathon Goldings hops to give a delicate aroma and a gentle bitterness. Amber malt contributes a light biscuit flavour. The low ABV makes it perfect where there is a large lunchtime or driving trade. Available year round.
THE TALBOT BLOND 4.4% ABV
A smooth, rich pale beer well hopped with Worcestershire Northdown hops.
Introduced in December 2005 as a seasonal beer, but now available year round due to popular demand.
Our new brewery will require a much larger customer base to support our seasonal beer rota. For the time being This, That, T'Other and The Talbot Blonde will be available all year round with only occaisional extra beers.

SPRING'S FIRST 4.7% ABV
Pale to remind you that spring sunshine is around the corner. Strong enough to warm you up while you're waiting. A tiny dash of chocolate malt and lots of Fuggles hops.

FOOL'S GOLD 4.5% ABV
Strawberry blond with a generous hop bitterness. Crystal malt adds some sweetness but you probably won't notice it because we really pile in the Challenger, Goldings and Fuggle hops.

THE DARK STRANGER 4.4% ABV
An easy drinking, light flavoured DARK COLOURED summer beer. What could be stranger?
Brewed with chocolate malt and Challenger and Fuggle hops, we ferment most of the sugar to alcohol to give a clean dry beer. Very unusual for a summer beer. May also be available as a spiced wheat beer.

3 PEARS 3.9% ABV
A tawny coloured, thirst quenching bitter. Brewed using 3 malts (maris otter, crystal and chocolate) and 3 Worcestershire hops (Challenger, Fuggle and Goldings). Originally brewed to celebrate the 3rd Worcester CAMRA beer festival.

Our green hop beers. 5 single hop varietal beers brewed during hop harvesting using un-kilned hops. These fresh hops are pitched to the boiling beer within an hour of picking to make more flavour and aroma available to the beer. All 5 are exceptionally pale and feature the hops prominently

TALBOT PORTER 4.4% ABV
A silky smooth, deep coloured porter brewed using Northdown hops for an unusual nutty hop flavour.

HEARTHWARMER 6% ABV
A rich winter beer fermented over 7 days to give a pleasant dry finish. Brewed in October to give 8 weeks cask condition and allow the flavours of crystal and chocolate malts; roast barley; and Northdown and Fuggle hops to mingle. Not your run of the mill sweet sticky winter warmer.
Also available seasonally in bottles.
