SALSA Accreditation Achieved

I am very pleased to announce that the brewery has received SALSA approval for the next 12 months. This is a huge step forward in demonstrating our professionalism to small and large retailers.

SALSA is a food-safety standard written by experienced food safety experts to reflect both the legal requirements of producers and the enhanced expectations of ‘best practice’ of professional food buyers.

SALSA certification is only granted to suppliers who are able to demonstrate to an auditor that they are able to produce safe and legal food and are committed to continually meeting the requirements of the SALSA standard.

Springtime Special – Osebury Ale…

Look out for our springtime special, Osebury Ale (4.5% ABV)

Brewed with UK Cascade and Bramling Cross this darker, fruity beer is named after Osebury Rock, a ‘splendid’ cliff just opposite the A44 from the Talbot. Osebury Rock has earned its place in English folklore for having helpful fairies and and headless ghosts who just seem to want to have a friendly chat.
